My name is Mike.

I'm a Designer/Creative Director with 10+ years of experience in print, web and multimedia design. I'm a strong, conceptual thinker and a strategically focused designer with proven leadership abilities... A hands-on, creative tinkerer who enjoys the process: from initial sketches through final production. I'm equally comfortable laying out projects in InDesign as I am working with HTML & CSS to build out rapid prototypes for the web.

In my years as a Designer, Art Director and Creative Director, I've had the good fortune to work with a wide variety of companies: from small, local organizations to large multinationals. With each assignment, my ability to work directly with clients has given me the opportunity to develop strong and lasting relationships which in turn have allowed me to deliver high-quality and emotionally-resonant projects that have led to successful outcomes at each turn.

I'm currently based in Phoenix, AZ, where I'm the Art Director for PetSmart's Digital team. Prior to joining PetSmart, I was the Creative Director at FireBox Media - a full-service design firm while also working as an instructor at The Art Institute of Phoenix in the Graphic and Web Design program.
