Halloween is a key program for PetSmart.
Every season the Halloween look and feel is updated and given a refreshed toolkit.
The out of store team is tasked with creating digital tactics to support the program. Including multiple email sends, a dedicated Halloween web shop - and associated banners, and paid media (social) assets.
