Treats Members Month
PetSmart's Treats Reward Program was introduced in 2018 and within six months had signed up over 19 million users.
April is PetSmart's designated "Treats Members Month" so an extensive email campaign was created to reach out and engage with it's growing user base.
This project included multiple weekly sends (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) throughout the month of April that were designed to offer rewards specifically to Treats members and encourage spending with a chance to win 1 Million Treats points.
This was a last-minute campaign with only a few short weeks to design, develop and deploy.
Treats Member engagement was very strong during April with an incremental email sales lift of $4.6 million.
As of the end of April 2023, the Treats Reward Program had over 60 million users.
